Hello,
I need some pricing points for how much I should pay my wedding cook. His responsiblity is to cook the food and bring it out. The individual in question is a family friend with a culinary passion he's done smaller events in the past.I am buying the food and the venue already has a commercial kitchen space. I am also providing all of the supplies and such. I will also have servers at the reception.
My reception will have about 150 people. He would be responsible for cooking fish, beef stew ,chicken dishses, 3 sides items (mac& cheese ect) and preparing 3 types of appetizers for the reception.
I dont want to lowball him but or pay him to much for the services as he really is just cooking the food ! Any advice on pricing points would be helpful. The wedding is in Georgia
