What was your per invite cost – for everything, envelopes included!
I’ve just priced mine, and all the pieces for my semi DIY invites will be $4.05 each (pocketfolds, 3 inserts, 2 layers, metallic envelopes….) and I’m debating if we should do something a little simpler and less expensive – but we both love these AND they’re less than what I budgeted for invites. (these are A2 size – we decided that the 5×7 was just too big)

I had invites similar to yours- with ribbon as a bellyband. Fiance designed them all, so that cut our costs waaayy down. I think we spent about $5 per invite including shipping which was quite expensive.
Anything square shaped is an additional charge and pocketfolds tend to be pretty heavy as well

Before postage and calligraphy, mine were a little more than $17 each. They were thick, engraved, 100-percent-cotton cards from Crane, and I absolutely loved them. They were my favorite detail from my wedding.

I bought a couple kits, so it was about $0.75/ea before postage, haha.

@MsGinkgo: Our boxed invitations featuring a real dried orchid wrapped in tulle were $15.25 each. Obviously the pink lines in the photo are just there to cross out personal details and were not on the actual invitations.

Ours were from Minted and they were about $4 each.

I created mine myself on Word (haha), ordered paper from paperandmore.com and printed. cut them with a local stationery store.
Don’t forget the insanity of postage costs~

I ordered mine from mygatsby.com and they were around $1.06 each (before postage) – and I only printed 50 copies.

@positivechanges: our actually fit in a standard invite envelope which is awsome. I’m going to take a mockup to the post office this week to find out how much they’ll cost.
I think we’re also going to save ourselves $0.83 an invite and make the pocketfolds – I’ve figured out how to make them, I was just being lazy & trying to avoid it.
