Usually you budget 1.5 bottles per person.  However since it is the only alcohol available, I might do a little over that.  Are you allowed to make wine cocktails?  That will lower your wine amount.  I have seen all kinds of these and they are very tasty!  I’d make sure to have a variety of dry, sweet, semi, white, blush, and red.  Your wedding will be so fun!  I remember a winery wedding I went to, and it was so beautiful!

I was advised that you estimate 1.5 glasses per guest per hour, tops.  You then estimate that you get between 4 and 5 glasses per bottle.

We had 85 people at our wedding counting kids and underage people. Most people were over the age of 21 though. We served 72 beers, 17 bottles of wine, 1 Liter of amaretto, and 3 Liters of Crown Royal. We had a lot of non drinkers or light drinkers. Most were medium level drinkers with only about 3 heavy drinkers. So, our guests averaged about 3 drinks per person. We really over bought. We had a case of beer, 19 bottles of wine, 2 liters of amaretto, and 3 liters of Crown Royal left over. So, people only drank about half of what we expected. This was just our experience though.

Since you can only have wine, some people won’t drink if they don’t like wine. So, I would get a bottle of wine per person if you have average drinkers there. If you have heavy drinkers of course do more.

@krodarte822:  I second the pps that while I would over estimate a little over the 1.5 glasses per person per hour/4 glasses per bottle I wouldn’t do it by much because while some will drink more wine because there is no liquor others will stick with non-alcoholic beverages because they don’t drink wine. Also myself I can’t drink anything with even a hint of red without a major migraine and am not the biggest fan of white so I would stick to soda. Good luck!!
