Always on Sundays, and on Fridays during the school year--I teach at a Catholic school. DH and I go together on Sundays, and naturally, on Fridays I'm surrounded by lots of small children. :-P DH comes to our school Mass to help out.
Not for a long time but when I did go it was either at school (Catholic school) or with my family.
Every Sunday with my husband and our two daughters. I also go to a prayer service on Thursday evenings.
Weekly. I go with my parents because I live with them - so we all go to the same congregation. When I move, I'll go with my husband. Same church, different congregation.
I try to go every Sunday but I can't always because of work.
I voted that I go alone but that's not always true. SO and I are LDR but when we visit we always go to church together. And I kinda go to church with friends, but that's not why I go. I go whether or not I can sit with a friend.
I'm Christian but I almost never go to church. I just don't feel like I get much out of it. Occasionally I go to Bible studies sort of in place of church. Besides, I work Sunday mornings and have for many years now, so the timing isn't really good for me anyway.
I go every second weekend with FI. I work as a nurse, so I work one weekend out of two.
I was born and raised Catholic. I went to a Catholic school for 12 years (pre-K to 8th). I went whenever there was a holiday, first Friday of each month (school thing), and every Sunday. I haven't attended Mass since I was 14.
My husband and I go (virtually) every Sunday to the same small Methodist church my family has been attending since I was a pre-teen. I'm also there on Thursdays for bells and choir practice.
I love my church family. Taking part in a close community of faith is such an essential part of my worship, I strongly miss it whenever I skip a Sunday because of laziness. My mood for the rest of the week suffers without that one rock solid, constant part of my life.
I used to go weekly and then multiple times a week. At one point at least 4-6 times. But when I moved to go to uni I couldn't find a church I liked so I now only go for special occasions. Christmas/Easter/etc. SO isn't interested (but doesn't mind if I go) so I guess there's not really anyone to go with on a more regular basis. And, although I have been alone to churches in the past, I find it all quite intimidating.
I'm a Christian, but rarely a church goer. Sometimes I go in my hometown w/ my family when I get back there, but even then, that's like 4 times a year, and we usually sleep in if it's my pastor's Sunday off. I grew up traveling to visit Grandparents and family almost every weekend, so regular Sundays aren't my thing, but I do my own prayers daily and listen to radio daily.
I'd like to find a church once Mr.ND and I settle, but I think I'm more of a 'spiritual Christian' rather than a 'religious Chrisitan' in that I like my personal connection and spontaneous worship rather than trying to make it part of my routine/it's own routine, if that makes sense.
I'm Jewish and go mainly on the high holidays--DH and I go together, and w/ our families as well sometimes if we're visiting them (like, we were w/ my parents this last Rosh Hashana). when I was a kid I went to Hebrew school 2-3 days a week, and during the year I had my bat mitzvah I went like every week. When my grandparents were alive I went with them when I was visiting them (they went every week). Dh went to a Jewish day school, so he spent many years going to services every day. I'd like to go more but we haven't taken the time to find a congregation we really like--dh and I are somewhere between conservative and reform. Maybe we will when we have kids
I go on Christmas because going to Christmas Eve service as a family is very important to my mom
I go often, but admit I don't go every week. I go by myself because I'm Catholic and FI isn't.
I go once around Christmas and on Easter Sunday because it matters to my Mom and I let her have that. If I wasn't doing it for her I would never go.
I go to Catholic mass every week with my husband. We'll either go on Saturday night with our friends or Sunday morning by ourselves :)
I am very involved in my church :) I attend weekly and sometimes even host small group in my home. FI now attends church with me. Before we were strictly LDR, now that he is in academy he gets to come up for 36 hours a week. I have always taken my children to church with me. They attend multiple youth events thru the week. The high point of Christmas to me is Christmas Eve service and this year we get a Christmas morning service Yay!
My husband and I go pretty much weekly. I'll admit that there's a Sunday here and there where other things are going on, we're out of town, or we really need the sleep.
We're going to a new church together now that we're married, and I'm excited to get more engaged in the community. I got disconnected from my childhood church during college and afterward, it never quite felt the same.

I'm wondering for a bunch of reasons, I guess. Just a friendly poll. By "church" I guess I mean any institutionalized place of worship, whether it's a mosque, temple, hall, or anything else.
