FI showers every day while I only shower on average every two days. I DO have a 7 month old which makes it slightly more difficult to have time to myself, plus I don’t go out every day so less need to keep clean.
Sometimes I even go every three days! It just doesn’t seem totally neccessary to me (as long as I’m “spot cleaning” certain areas of course!). But I always shower after exercise, even if it means twice in the same day.
I’m curious..what’s average? How often do you ladies take a full shower on average?

I’m not a parent, but I shower every day because I have short hair that needs to be washed daily.

One to two times a day. At least once on regular days and twice on the days I work out.

Every day, although if I haven’t worked out I will sometimes skip a day with hair washing. I usually get in for a rince and a shave every day though, just because it makes me feel clean and nice and keeps DH from having to feel super scratchy legs haha. If I’m not sweating, my hair can easily go two days between washes.

Not a mom – Every day during the work week and I usually skip a shower on Saturday if we’re just being bums around the house.
I wash my hair once every 3 days as it doesn’t get oily and my hair looks so much better if I don’t wash it often.

Everyday. I have short thin hair that looks very dirty if I don’t wash it daily. Also I am a germaphobe. I also shave daily because I hate the feeling of hair

I’m not a mom, and I shower at least once every single day. I also shave my legs/arms/underarms and wash my hair every single day, without fail. Once I hit the 24 hr mark, I feel like a greasy gross mess. I generally do not leave my house without showering that day-I am also not a night showering gal, I need a good, hot shower every morning to start my day.

I’m not a mom and I usually shower every other day. My skin and hair get way too dried out if I shower everyday. I’ll end up showering everyday if I get super sweaty from my workout though aha.

I’m not a parent, I mostly shower everyday but not always sometimes I’ll skip a day if I’m having a lazy at home day or I’m really late for work (I shower in morning before work)

@laurabora: Every single day no matter what. I do not have children but I plan to continue showering every single day even when I do have them.

@laurabora: I shower daily- sometimes twice if I worked out or if I had a particularly gross day at work- but I don’t wash my hair daily. Once to twice a week, max. I have very fine, curly hair that I color red- if I washed it daily it would be a dry, frizzy, faded wreck.
Dry shampoo is a miracle product, and I find my scalp produces much less oil than it did when I used to wash my hair daily. My hairdresser says my hair has never been in better condition, too, and I get frequent compliments, especially from fellow faux-gingers, on my color and how it lasts.

I’m not a mom and I normally shower every other day. I have long thick hair that normally doesn’t require daily washing. But I do wash it every time I shower. I’ve gone to day 3 before with some dry shampoo and a sock bun!
