I shower at least once a day. If i was at the gym,or was painting etc, then I would have a quick rinse before I headed back out again.

I shower and clean my bod every single day. But since my hair is naturally curly and THIRSTY, I only wash it every other.

Sometimes I skip days, some days I shower twice… it depends what I’m doing, I don’t have a routine; as in I don’t shower when I wake up or go to sleep everyday.. I shower after I go to the gym, after I swim, after I do something that make me sweaty, if ym hair is gross… I suppose I only skip a day if I spent the whole day vegging out and still smell and look clean.

If I don’t get my morning shower, I am the grumpiest person ever. I have to have my hot shower every morning. I guess it’s like my coffee.

Like kingy, I shower based on my schedule.  My hair is curly though and I wear it air-dried, which means I have to wake up 2 hours before work if I want to wear it down.  That’s fine when I need to be in at 8, but not when I need to be in at 6.

I shower almost every day – sometimes I might wake up too late then I just wont shower until the next morning – and I dont usually shower on Sundays until later in the evening

I used to shower 1-2x a day, but ever since moving here I have had to cut back to every other day as the water here is really hard and does a number on my skin/hair (I have eczema so showering too frequently especially in hard water really exacerbates it and/or causes more frequent flare ups).

It obviously depends on my schedule and there are certain activities that require showering afterwards (gym, pretty much anything that makes me sweat), and the time of year (more in summer— again with sweat)… but I’d say my “usual” schedule is every other day. My hair gets super frizzy if I wash it every day and my skin is less dry if I shower every other day. Also, I pretty much lead the least physically intense life ever (sad but true). I work from home so there are entire days I don’t go outside… which means I am really not getting dirty/working up a sweat lol.

Usually when I’m working out or whatever I’ll do it every day so I just plan my showers for right after that.

i shower less often during the winter because my skin gets SO dried out. i think i average every other day.
