I stop by the jewelers anytime we are at the mall. I’m a mall rat. LOL

Mine is in our house but I’m not allowed to say hi to it 🙁 He made a crack about “if I can find it, I can see it.” He was pretty sure I wouldnt be able to locate it.

Guess who got to re-hide the ring?

I used to go every month or so for visits.  We became good friends with our sales associate through the process so we liked to go hang out with him, have a glass of wine and visit my ring.  Now we go do it to get our rings cleaned!  We go towards the end of the day to get him out of having to pack up all the cases!

@NinjaWings:  before i was engaged, i would stop and look in the jeweler by my work’s window, because they display a bunch of Tacoris in there. i probably stopped 4 times a week. 🙂

I was tempted to visit but I am so glad I didn’t – he’d gone back not long after we looked and it was in the safe! So, the waiting for me would have been tenfold had I known it was gone. LOL

When I was waiting I’m unashamed to say I went to say Hi to my pretty at least 3 times a week.

I walk past the window at the mall when I’m there. I try to be really subtle about it though, just in case someone I know catches me looking at them. 😛

I was in love with a ring I saw in a jewelry store window for years before I even knew my husband. Since I worked 1 block away, I’d walk by constantly & I’d make sure it was still there “waiting for me.”  So when I met my husband & we had the ring talk I told him about it & he wanted to go & check it out. We both were not impressed with it at all. It felt way too light & airy, and the jeweler was ready to chop the price in half on the spot!

My husband said he wanted to get me a ring from a nicer looking place (it was kinda dark & dingy inside) & one much more beautiful. So I eventually found my ring, however I still check for that other one when I’m by the street (I don’t work near the store anymore) & low and behold, it’s still there!

Mine has been ordered online and is now officially in production. We got the 3D rendering yesterday, and I can’t stop looking at it! It’s just so gorgeous and I love it more every time I look!

I have nothing to say hi to. SO was offered his great grandmother’s ring, and, if he has it already, the most logical hiding spot has been blocked by heavy things and impossible to get in to.

There a few high class jewellers shops near my workplace of which contents I could only dream of.  I walk past and ogle some of the lovely silver engagement rings, then almost always a shop assistant comes to the window and prods a few pieces about and I feel awkward and walk off, lol!

I make sure to try on my setting anytime I’m in the vacinity of a Tacori retailer (I have a list of them on my phone), and I’m guilty of going out of my way to run errands in areas that carry my ring, haha. I also stare at the photos of my ring on my hand several times a day.
