Usually, 2-3 times a week, depending on my schedule. It's hard to get to the gym when I'm at work from 6:00 to 8:00. Not much left in the day for working out. But I'm trying to go more. I'd go today, but the gym daycare is closed and Mr. CC is out of town.
I do at least 2 yoga workouts and 2 cardio workouts. I know I need to up the cardio, but I'm trying to build it into my lifestyle. In the summer, I'm much more active!
I do some type of exercise every day. I try to go running or go to the gym six days a week (early in the morning before work), but if I can't or just don't feel like it, I just do some abs and strength stuff at home. I also walk to work almost every day, which is about a half-hour walk.
I work out five days a week. My mom told me it's important to give myself two rest days, and I'm ALL ABOUT the rest days! :)
I do cardio three times a week, and an upper body workout two days. Of course, since I use public transportation, I usually get in a good amount of walking every day, on top of my workouts. I'm really seeing a big difference!
I need to start working out
I've been on a workout break for 2 months and I'm hoping to get back to 5.
I work out 5 days a week, sometimes 6 if I can swing it. Usually at least one of the days is just yoga or pilates.
I love the gym I spend 2hrs there. I do an hour of weights and an hour of cardio. I have actually been thinking about getting a trainer so I can start doing shows. I just think it would be something for me to strive for and a hobbie I could enjoy.
I go 5 times a week with my rest days on Thursday and Sunday. Mainly b/c of my Thursday TV and the gym isn't open the hours I'd like to work out on a Sunday. :)
Currently I don't work out :(
When I was working out regularly, I would go to the gym about 4 times a week for about an hour. I would go twice during the weekends (forced myself to go before I did anything else so I couldn't get out of it) and then twice during the work week. It was a lot easier to find time to work out when I was single...also I was motivated to look really great for a friend's wedding where I knew I would run into my ex...that was GREAT motivation...I'm trying to get back into a regular work out routine...hopefully this fitness board will inspire me :)
I go Mon-Thurs and Saturday ... let myself enjoy Fridays & Saturdays.
I usually go for about 50 minutes - 30 min cardio 20 min crunches, pushups and arms/legs. It's a 5 min walk (lucky me!) so I use that 5 min walk to warm up and cool down. I need to push myself to spend a little more time on the weights.
5 times a week, but only for about 30 minutes cardio, 5 minutes abs/arms or legs. i take mondays and fridays off--mondays because getting up early is impossible and friday because it's friday ![]()
for me it's all about keeping a healthy lifestyle. throughout my life i've gone through phases of working out almost every day and not working out at all, and i havent noticed much correlation with my physical appearance. but i do feel sooooo much healthier in general when i'm going to the gym!
I put I don't because I'm in no regular routine. I get sudden motivation that dies out after a week or two and I don't get motivated again for another month or two.
It's off season for rugby, so I'm currently on a weightlifting program to do 4 days a week (Mon/Tue/Thurs/Fri). I also do sprint/interval training on 2 of those days and light cardio for the other 2. On Wednesday, very light cardio and some form of ball work/core stability. On weekends, I either go to a rugby training session or do "active rest" (for me, a walk!).
I have a lot of weight left to loose so I do something work outsih everyday. Is it August yet? So I quit eating like a rabbit and quit running my keister off (oh and get married ;) )!!
I work out 5 days a week. I go every morning before work unless the weather is bad and the snow hasn't been cleared from my road yet.
Before the wedding I work out 3-4 times a week. Now I go once a week. :P I'm trying to get back into 2-3 times though!!
Ultimately, I like to work out five days a week. If I'm being good, this is a combination of a long walk at lunch, and some sort of cardio and resistance training at home. I have been very lazy in the last few weeks, and throwing my back out this week hasn't helped things. That said, our engagement shoot is 3/15, so I'm starting to get back into the swing of things no later than 2/15!
I try to work out three times a week but I should be working out at least 5. Switching it up during the week helps relieve some of the boredom but sometimes retail therapy calls to me and I get distracted.
I do 1 hour of personal training twice a week and then I run 2 to 4 times a week for 15 minutes or longer.
Mr. Pinot Noir and I are gym rats. We work out 6 days a week (off on Fridays). On Thursdays we even work out twice (at the gym in the morning and swim in the pool in the evening). We are training for our first triathlon in July!
I HATE working out, but I am trying to tone up for the wedding. I do hard workouts with a trainer 2x/week and pilates 2x/week.
5-6 days a week, strength training and cardio. We have a full gym in our apartment complex and I have my own exercise bike, a ton of weights/equipment, boxing equipment, and workout DVDs. I'm never bored, and it's even more fun when FI is able to work out with me.
I try to shred daily, but honestly make it about 4-6 days a week on average. I also do a few hours of ballet on Mondays and a contemporary dance class on Wednesdays. Since I'm not working I tell myself I really have no excuse not to.
I currently do 2x a week with my personal trainer, then two other "definite" workout days, with one variable day per week. I have to listen to my body and what it needs in terms of rest, though. Yoga or hot yoga are the best things for me on those days where I want to take a break but I know I shouldn't. It's so good for you, but it doesn't feel nearly as strenuous as an hour at the gym!
Right now I am at 3. I would like to get back to everyday twice a day as I was before I started dating FI. Once we started dating I began spending so much time with him and stopped working out as much. I hate myself for losing my lean muscle and am determined to get back in the habit! Though, I have been saying that for months now :(
i do cardio 3 days a week, then a pilates dvd 2 days a week.. i should prob lift weights too somewhere in there...i keep saying that i will and never do :(
Putting in my response just made me feel guilty! I put 4x a week. It is usually four, sometimes three, sometimes five. I need to be more consistent but it's so hard when busy!
okay so my option isnt listed which is....
I say I am going to workout but never do

I work out three times a week now, but I think if I got it up to 5 times a week, it'd make a huge difference. It's just hard to find the time and motivation in this cold winter we've been having!
