How about if you just used "Bride's Attendants," and put both the bridesmaids and the bridesman there?
I think your wording for your FI's parents is perfect. Having them on separate lines conveys that they are not married to each other., without making a big deal of it.
I think Bride's Attendants and Grooms Attendants sounds a lot better than what you have now--which is a little confusing altogether. For the parents, what you have looks perfect.
I feel like I probably should have thought of that... Oh well. :P Thank you so much for the input!
I used "Bridal Party" for my side (which included a bridesman) and "Grooms Attendants" (which included a groomswoman) -- PM me and I can send you our template--it's very similar to yours.

I'm having my brother be one of my attendants (my fiance has more brothers than I have female friends, so putting him on my side evens it out and prevents me from having someone I don't know very well stand up with me). However, I'm not sure how to name him in the wedding program.
I have (currently):
[left side]
Maid of Honour
(name)..........Friend of the Bride
Bridesmaids
(name)..........Sister of the Groom
(name)..........Cousin of the Groom
(name)..........Friend of the Couple
Bridesman
(brother)..........Brother of the Bride
[right side]
Best Man
(name)..........Friend of the Groom
Groomsmen
(name)..........Brother of the Groom
(name)..........Brother of the Groom
(name)..........Brother of the Groom
(name)..........Cousin of the Groom
But with that the two sides are uneven, which a) bothers my slight OCD/perfectionist-ism, and b) makes lining up things below the attendants on the program more difficult. But I feel like if I don't have "Bridesman" in there and just put him under the bridesmaids heading it'll be awkward and insulting for him. Maybe having the "brother of the bride" would be enough? Arg, I have no idea how to phrase this. Any suggestions? =\
Things I still have to include after attendants:
Flower girl, ring bearer, thank you to parents (necessary?), and any readers we have (not yet determined if any or how many)
And while I'm at it...
My fiance's parents are divorced, neither has remarried, and his mom kept his dad's last name. I currently have
[left side]
Parents of the Bride
Mr. and Mrs. John Smith
[right side]
Parents of the Groom
Mr. John Doe
Ms. Jane Doe
Do you think that's okay? I don't want to draw attention to their divorce, but I don't want it to sound like they're still married either...
Any and all suggestions are greatly appreciated! :)
