How about if you just used “Bride’s Attendants,” and put both the bridesmaids and the bridesman there?

I think your wording for your FI’s parents is perfect.  Having them on separate lines conveys that they are not married to each other., without making a big deal of it.

I think Bride’s Attendants and Grooms Attendants sounds a lot better than what you have now–which is a little confusing altogether. For the parents, what you have looks perfect.

You can also try “Bridesmates” if you don’t care for brides attendants.

I used “Bridal Party” for my side (which included a bridesman) and “Grooms Attendants” (which included a groomswoman) — PM me and I can send you our template–it’s very similar to yours.
