if you wear your hair down, i would do it in loose curls with no veil (just maybe a headband or small accessory). if you wear it up, i would definitely a get a train. maybe a simple, clean cut, really long one.

i think veils are classic and traditional, so i personally would opt for a veil.

I say an up do for an outside wedding so your neck is sweating. Summers in texas are usually really hot and humid so here you would have to wear your hair up!

I say up in curls with no veil. If you do decide on a veil, nothing to long so that it will not cover your dress.

Can I just bust in here to say that I believe you are the first person I've ever seen in my dress besides me. We're dress twins! (At least, I'm 99% sure. I'm not nearly as tiny as you though. ;) )

Back to the question, I'm wearing my hair up in a soft romantic updo with a hair flower and no veil.

I would vote for a loose updo and a single layer shorter veil (mine hit around my elbows and I loved this length).

I'm voting for a low, side-ponytail with long, romantic curls trailing over your shoulder.

Veil... probably the simpler the better. Maybe elbow-length, raw edge, single layer??

    Your dress is stunning, btw!

@dutchere:No Veil or Birdcage Veil. Hair loose and flowing, either up with loose curls or down with subtle curls.

I say up with no veil. Maybe a flower in your hair to match your dress? Amazing dress BTW!

I say soft romantic updo with a simple one-tier veil.

    i love your dress!

i would do a loose side bun. i love side buns, i wore that for my own wedding :P

regarding the veil, would you regret if you didn't wear a veil to your wedding? if you are fine with not wearing a veil, then i say NO. or, you can wear a birdcage.

I think a loose updo would be the way to go

I say low side messy loose ponytail, it's a very romantic dress.  So pretty!

I think you should have a loose curly side bun!  Wear a crystal headband and a white flower!  You have the perfect shape face and it will look amazing with your dress!!!  Go easy on the make up, but add a few eyelashes and presto!

First of all, you look beautiful. I think if you look good with your hair up then do that and maybe if you like a classic look you could use one of those shorter veils that are more like a hat.

Also, I have been looking everywhere for that dress and have finally found it, but I will have to travel a few hours just to try it on. So I don't waste my time, would you mind telling me the price, the fabric and how it fits. I'm 5'9 and a complete hour glass figure. I'm about your size but a bit bigger with a bigger chest. Do you have any advice for me?

    Thanks and congrats

@taliasmith34:  Hey there. Its pretty light and the fabric is somewhat shiny and silky. It cost me $1400 but there are alterations to do since they ordered it a size too big. overall, the dress was really comfortable, made me feel like a princess. I actually ordered it in August and its still not in, they said it should be here by the end of Feb. Hope this helps, good luck and congrats!

I think a flower or brooch with some netting (so I guess I'm talking about a birdcage veil) would look adorable over a low side ponytail or other flowy style.

    @cliffette: totally agree!

Veil all the way though.  Only time you get to wear one and it makes you feel like a bride!
