I am almost 5'8" and my FI is 5'10". Post pics of the height differences if you like.
I'm 5'3 he's 5'5. It's a rare occurance if he's taller than me. This gal loves high heels.
I am 5 foot 10 and he is 5 foot 9. :) Maybe 5 foot 10 on a good day. He is shorter than I am, but not by too much. He makes up for it with his beard.
My DH is tall. He is over 18 inches taller (more than 1.5 feet) He is 6'9" -6'10"
DH has got a foot on me :) I'm 5'0 and he's 6'0. I like em tall!
I am 5'6 he is 6'8. No that isn't a typo, he is 6'8! Here is a pic but I am wearing heels, I am almost never flat footed so it works out well.
@ calpolyvanessa: I like them tall too! I'm 5'2 and he's 6'2. Did you feel the height difference looked weird in your wedding pictures? I'm worried about him towering over me. A few friends even suggested I stand on a box or something. Did you do anything to help make up the diffetence? Really tall heels perhaps?
i'm another extreme-height-difference bee! i'm just under 5'2" while SO is somewhere around 6'4"! lucky for me, i like wearing heels and he likes to slouch! XD
I'm 5'8 and he is 5'11, but I always wear heels, so I always look taller, lol.
@Alexis22: My DH is over 1.5 feet taller than I am (nearly 6'10") and I wore 5 inch heels on our wedding day and many of the pics I stood on a stair so it didnt "look weird" but for those pics where I wasnt on a stair (and still had huge heals) I didnt care because that is us!
I like them tall too, I always tell my FI he needs to grow another few inches lol so that he is over 6ft haha. I love when he puts on his work boots and I am in bare feet because then I can kind of look up at him rather than straight across.
He's a smidge taller, but we're more or less the same height.
I'm 5'4, he's 6'3. Most guys I'd dated were around 5'6, but i LOVE that he's so tall, I can finally wear any shoe I want and still look up at him.
I'm 5'4" and my fiance is 5'10", so I'm pretty much never taller than him.
I'm 5'6" and he's 5'10". I always thought I'd end up with someone super-tall!
I wore 4 inch heels. I am so used to him being that much taller than me, so I didn't think it looked weird at all. Here's us:
I am 5'8" DH is about 6'0"-6'1" but he usually wears boots and is way taller than me. However I am about the same height as him when we are sitting because he is mostly legs and I have a really long torso lol
We're about the same height... I might be slightly taller (I'm 5'10"). I usually wear shoes that make me taller than him. Flats for the wedding, though!
I'm 5'5 and my Fiance is 5'11, so 6 inches taller. I don't think it's all that awkward. Now my sister is 5'2 and her not-sure-what-to-call-him is 6'3.
I'm 5'3 and he's 6'4.. it's a bit of a stretch at times.
I'm 5'4 and he's 5'11. It's perfect cause I can wear heels and not be taller than him. And I love my tall heels. :)
I'm 5'3, he's 6'1. I usually stand on my tiptoes to kiss him (and I love doing it). One of my favorite wedding pictures is of me stretching up to kiss him.
@Mrs Sarah McK: Aww... us too!!!! I'm 5'3" and DH is 6'1" and I love it. I love standing on my tiptoes to kiss him. :)
I'm 5'1 and DH is 6'0, so an 11-inch difference. I always knew I wanted to marry a taller guy so my children have at least a chance of being taller.
I am 5'7'' and FI is like...5'3 (on a good day) lol.. when I wear flats you cant really notice.. but with heels I TOWER over him! haha
I'm 5'5 and he's 5'7. Before meeting him I wore 3-4" heels. Now I try not to go over 3" heels. But when I do, I try to think of myself as one of those tall, beautiful models.
