Weddingbee boards

I would like to have a candle-lit ceremony and reception.    My ideas so far are tons of votives down the tables at reception, but I am looking for more.

I would really like a table (or something) up near us during the ceremony with tons of pillar candles on it.   Not sure where to get the pillars from.  I've looked at Ikea, which has awesome selection of pillars of height and width, but all of them are ivory, and I want white.  Any suggestions?

Also, where would I get something like the candle holders in this picture down the aisle on the floor?   Or something similar?
