That's a good question. I'd ask your FI what he thinks first, if he thinks it would be okay to just address the envelopes as Mr. & Mrs, or if they want their titles included. If they do, then I guess they'd be addressed as Chief & Mrs. Jeremy Smokey.
Its probably fine either way, but at least in military style, its officialy Chief and Mrs Joe Smokey.
