i would just say Mr and Mrs.. and the mans last name. i seriously wouldnt worry that much about her hyphenated name. Its just an invite, i doubt she would be bothered if you didnt include her hyphenated name.
Really? I don't want to offend. I don't think I would with this particular person, but I just wanted to make sure :)
I think if she wouldn;t be offended, I would do Mr. & Mrs. HisLastName. But, if she might be, Mr. HisFirst Name HisLastName & Mrs. HerFirstName HerLastName-HisLastName. I think the 2nd option is longer, but keeps all your bases covered.
