Hi! I’m having an outdoor wedding and am confused how to “arrive” for the walking down the aisle part. If I was getting married in a church, I just wouldn’t enter till the “here comes the bride” music. But since I’m outside, do I just stand behind my bridesmaids until its my turn to walk? Or is there a way to make more of an “appearance?” Does my question make sense?

I’m having an outdoor wedding in a huge park so I get you on this! What I might end up doing is having a little tent (or a screen sort of thing) near the ceremony site so I can “arrive” out of it and then go straight down the aisle.

I had to ask my officiant how she usually sees it done. Luckily though I had a long “aisle’ in front of the gazebo I got married in so she told me to hide behind the trees at the end and when they were ready, she called my brother and then when they saw us appear at the end, they started the music.
