I hate to dance and my groom hates it even more. We have never slow danced in front of people. We have no problem skipping the couples dance. However I know my dad is really going to pressure me to dance with him. I know the father/daughter dance is something that every father looks forward to when his little girl gets married. But I really, really don’t want to do it. I cringe at the idea. I think it would be silly to dance with your dad when you haven’t danced with your husband. I foresee it being a miserable experience (I don’t get along with my dad all that well to be honest, it would be a fake sweet moment). I don’t want to hurt his feelings as well as my mother’s by refusing the father/daughter dance. Please I need advice!
