Ugh, I can’t believe how stupid I am sometimes! lol. My wedding shoes came and they’re satin, but when I opened the box I slashed my finger with the sissors and now there’s a small blood mark on the back of the shoes! :S
Has anyone had satin wedding shoes and had them cleaned? Did you do it yourself or take it to a dry cleaner? Or a shoe maker maybe?
I’d appreciate any advice anyone has!! 🙂

I’m pretty keen to hear the answer to this too! From what all-knowing Google says, I’m thinking taking them to the dry cleaners might be the best option – you can wash them by hand, but need to be careful about any chemicals and water temperature, etc. I’ve got a pair of shoes that I wore to my brother’s wedding that I’ll probably recycle for my wedding – my sister is horrified that I won’t buy brand new shoes, but it’s so much cheaper to just clean them up and wear them again!

I was just wondering the same thing – anyone? My ivory Nina’s are dirty after my outdoor wedding. I probably won’t wear them again, but if they can be cleaned it would be nice to donate them.
