I am not sure about the air brush make up, but I have been using eye hope by phylosophy and it has done wonders for me. I got it at the Sephora counter at JC Penny.
I wore mineral make-up last year for my daughter's wedding, and my friend put some white stuff underneath my eyes, -sorry, I don't know what it is called, and then put make-up over that. It worked really well!! I know that being older, (a grandma), I definitely CANNOT wear liquid make-up under my eyes or it emphasizes every little line!!
Thanks, both of you. :)
My mother gave me some eye cream, so hopefully that will help. I have tried a second makeup lady and her foundation was a lot kinder on my lines, or perhaps she emphasised the eyes enough that I didn't pay as much attention to the underneath.
Mineral makeup could be an option though!
Any more tips?

Hi Bees, I really would appreciate your help, because I don't know much about makeup at all! I'm Chinese and generally have good skin... except under my eyes, where I've got lots of little fine lines and some slight eye-bags.
I had my makeup trial today, and while my eyes look wonderful, the foundation seems to have really emphasised that my skin is less-than-perfectly smooth beneath my eyes. I'm wondering if there are any fillers (not in the plastic surgery sense! I mean like a powder?) or creams I could use to smooth out this area...
I've also heard about air brush makeup--would that work to cover up the little lines?
Any suggestions would be wonderful!
