A lot of you have asked in the support forums how to delete photos, so I thought I'd put together a little tutorial for you on how to DIY it! Just remember that if you've used the same photo in a number of posts, when you delete it, it's gone from all the posts. Please keep in mind that other members may have bookmarked your photos for inspiration, and be considerate when deleting if the photo in question is not personal or self-identifying. And on a final note, this deletion method will not delete photos that were included in posts as attachments (our old method of photo uploading if you remember that from many moons ago!). Without further ado, the photo deletion tutorial!

For example, here's a photo in a post that I'd like to delete but it's been more than the hour alloted for editting my post, so I can't just go in and edit it.

Step 1:

The easiest way to get started is to click on the "Write a post" button. Click on the photo upload/tree icon button on the tool bar.

Step 2:

Click on the "My uploaded photos tab" and you'll see all the photos you've uploaded to WB. Note that each of them has a little arrow in the bottom right corner of the thumbnail.

Step 3:

Find the photo you'd like to delete, and click on that arrow on the bottom right. A little menu will pop up with options: Insert, delete, edit, view, download. Select delete.

Step 4:

WB will ask you if you're sure. Click yes if you are!

Step 5:

It's magic! The photo is gone from your post and is no longer in your uploaded photos file! You're good to go!
