Hi,We googled "Justic of the peace in (state name)" and then searched by the town. I see you live in CA so I'm not sure if it's the same. good luck!
@lemonlift: call your local clerk of the court (aka circuit court). They'll have a list of people who are registered to perform weddings. :) Hope this helps!!!
