how to get bridesmaids involved without all the work falling on MOH

I would not expect the girl who lives across the country to have any involvement other than showing  up for the wedding.

Certainly you can involve all of them through email or social media when it comes to deciding on  wedding garb.

Organizing or hosting a shower, bachelorette etc are all optional activities.

What is it that you would like them to work together on?

@julies1949:  I’m curious about this too. I wouldn’t expect out-of-towners to arrange anything. Maybe ask your mother or local family to host pre-wedding events?

@neetaclaw11:  You can create a Facebook page so that you can all share information,  ideas about shoes, dresses, flowers etc. It will help the OOT’s to feel more involved.

@neetaclaw11:  Well that sounds good. If you’re still worried I would express to your MOH that you love her and she doesn’t need to do all the extras. If she continues it’s kind of on her.
