    post it in the classifieds or try craigs list, I had to sell an e-ring after a broken engagement of my own a few years ago and craigslist was the only way I got anything respectable for it.

    I really think you will be getting ripped off if you sell a 1.5 ct ring for $500. Even an SI3, you should be able to get at least $1000. Probably a lot more (depends on the other specs). If the band is gold, it should be worth close to $100 alone, without the diamonds. Just as a reference point, on ebay, they’re selling SI3 loose stones for $3000+.

    Repurpose it into another piece of jewelry (Necklace?)! Give it as a gift to someone else that can cherish it (and so you don’t have to look at any more!)
