Hi bees, I have a problem. I am having my ceremony inside in a country club and have hardly any aisle decoration. I am monograming my aisle runner, which is great but wanted to use pomanders on every other row as some sort of pretty decoration. My problem is the chairs. They are dinning room chairs, the padded kind so I have like no where to hang the pomander from. Should I drape it diagonally across the back?

I would suggest not hanging them on the chairs. I think that will be too much draping and might take away from the look that you want to achieve with the pomanders. I have two suggestions: (1) place the pomanders in the aisles on the ground – they can be elevated by using a vase or bucket or something (see picture of pomanders on boat dock); or (2) hang them from indoor hook stands. I found these pictured on http://www.save-on-crafts.com. Love that place!! I think either of these would work for you. Best of luck!! Hope this helps.
