You can have standing umbrellas, or provide parasols and fans.
I think a cute little favor idea would be mini fan misters. You could give them to your guests pre-filled with water (and batteries). They are small, pretty cheap, and come in lots of colors.
I think paper fans would be a nice idea. You could use them as your favor, maybe customize them even.
I like the idea of umbrellas put out, paper fans and lots of water! Other than that stuuf, what can you do?
The thing with that is they will be warm so a good fan would do but the sun should be setting within the half hour (730ish) so an umbrella wouldnt work unless you have them just for style.

Hello weddingbees,
I am going to get married this summer in Las Vegas at Sunset Gardens and my ceremony is outside around 7pm. At this time, it will still be around 95 degrees and I'm worried that my guests will be exhausted from the heat. Does anyone have advice about how to keep my guests cool?
I'll be providing water for my guests during the ceremony...but I'm trying to think of other ways to keep them cool.
