(Closed) How to label chairs at ceremony for reserved seating?

If you are having ushers, you can mail a special card that says "Within the Ribbon" on the front and "Please present this card to the usher for priority seating" on the back. Then you can just place a ribbon across the entrance to that row.

I did post the photo above some time agoI found it on some random website. Here’s a little tip. For the first card I used the glass from a 4×6 frame and for the outter card I used a 5×7 glass. Hope This Helps

We are getting vinyl stickers made up for the chair backs for everyone in the bridal party and my parents (Maid of Honor, Mother of the Bride, etc).  We will stick them on the sashes at the reception.

Personally, I wouldn’t label them.  Talk to the ushers about where certain people go as well as tell the people with priority seating that they have it.  Then everyone will end up where they belong.  Explicitly assigning seats in the ceremony reminds me of elementary school or something.
