We are currently living in Virginia, but will be married in Texas. How do we let friends and family know where we are registered? There isn't time for a shower. We will be flying back to Virginia after the wedding, therefore won't be able to take much with us.
do you have a website? if so, you can put the registry information on the website.
most people will take the initiative to just come out and ask you for your registry info. we were flooded with calls, emails, etc. about the registry as soon as a week after our engagement was announced!
Letting your MOH know where you're registered is always a good idea. It's okay for her to spread the word, but traditionalists say YOU shouldn't. Put your girl (or guy) to work!
