At 5’7″ and 118 kilograms, I was tired of the baggy clothes and the low energy I had. I wanted to reap the rewards of a healthier lifestyle.I decided to go to Weight Watchers, as it fitted around my life and I wanted a complete lifestyle change, not just a diet. But i also consulted a nutritionist and she diagonsed my problem whcih is concerned with my hormonal imbalance. I rarely get good sleep and my food habit was also really oor. Currently i’m working on it. Now i know how influential can be a bad sleep on your health.
