How do I take this backyard wedding to a dramatic beautiful wedding?
Colors are black, and white
Having it outside around 7 pm in June in Texas
Flowers are all paper and handmade
isle being lined with small lanterns
table centerpiece will be curly willow branches
putting white christmas lights up in all the trees
Playing orchistra music during the ceremony
Anything else you can think of to add something spectacular??

I think that some DIY uplighting on trees or bushes would look great. Think ornamental garden. You can get cheap can lights for this purpose at a garden place like Lowes or Home Depot. I think they add a manicured look to a garden. 🙂

What do you mean by uplighting?

I’m having trouble envisioning the design elements of the soft lanterns, twinkle lights, paper flowers and willow centerpieces with the stark contrast of black and white.
Maybe a rich bold red instead would tie everything together and create a more dramatic effect?
I could be totally wrong in how I’m seeing this though.

I want to do something like this but with dark branches and pearls strung up on them as well as flowers and at the base put some small lights and small flowers and different colors of course
some tall ones will also be on either side of our lighted arch
these lanterns will lign the isle with candles inside
instead of the ring barear carrying a pillow he will have this flower on his wrist and the rings will go in the center (Not sure if I just add some black in or not)
this is my bouquet and flowers that will be used throughout the wedding
