It's really simple-cute- and so CHEAP!
all you need are scissors, some cardstock (color of your choice), tacky glue or hot glue.
1. start off by cutting your card stock into a spiral ( you can cut it straight or wavy for different looks)
2. as you near the end to your spiral leave a good size base for your flower to sit on (the size of your thumbnail)
3. roll the paper up into a round spiral (it's going to be uneven, and thats normal)
4. let the paper spiral unwind, place glue on the base (hold for 10 seconds if using tacky glue)
and your done!
