One more thing for the budget - lol!
Every time I talk to someone who hasn't sent their card in, I tell them that if they don't then I will choose their meal FOR THEM. Knowing I'm a vegetarian has scared quite a few carnivores into sending back their cards asap!
Actually we got most of ours back without resorting to harassment, but with the deadline passed, I can finally start calling to bug these people!
Ha what a great idea :) Only youd have to pay it out, Im sure all the guests would realize if no one actually got it haha

So at work we are conducting a housing survey and sent out 5,000 survey forms by mail. If the respondent fills out the survey and sends it back to us they will be entered in a drawing for $500. We have had an awesome response rate so far.
Lesson learned: If you want to get your RSVPs back from everyone quickly, just tell them they will be entered in a drawing to win $500.00. ;)
