I really love green mums.. I think they'd look nice with formal dresses.
What about white dahlias or peonies? I've also seen green roses. Or maybe succulents.

I'm having a difficult time choosing which flowers to put where. I love green orchids (especially for my bridal bouquet) and white roses. However, I feel those two alone are going to be boring.
The bridesmaid dresses are white on top and black on bottom. I had first thought of white roses, but then there is no color. Then I thought of the green spider mums, but I don't know if those are too informal for the formal dresses.
Then, I want to line the aisle with hanging boquets - again white roses or green spider mums?
Then, the reception tables I was going to alternated tall orchid arrangement with low white roses.
What am I not seeing? How can I make it all flow together? Oh, did I mention I want to DIY all the decor, but I would be willing to pay to get the bouquets done if they are too involved.
PS I also LOVE eukalytus and orange blossom (although I have yet to find orange blossoms sold in bulk).
