    my budgeter has been the very most important thing to me.

    I wish I’d had more links and tips before I dived into planning.

    I used Google Docs.  There is a wedding template that’s awesome.  Its free and great for collaborating and sharing.  I also used the calendar function for me, FI, and my BMs to keep our dates and events together.

    It would be cool if you could add events like, meeting up to try on bridesmaids dresses, etc. Where it sends out the invite/notification to everyone’s email (you could have groups like “bridesmaids” “grooms family” “brides family” so that sending bulk mail to specific parties is easier too) This really onnly works if its an app but, hey it might be cool. One click and then its done!

    @Excited To Bee:

    You can do all of that with Google Docs and Calendar.  Its exactly how I’ve used it.

    You basically create a shared calendar (mine is called Bridesmaid Calendar).  I add all my BMs emails addresses to calendar.  You can give them read and/or write access.  Each time I add an event it sends them an email with the details.  If they have gmail they can log-in and see the actual calendar.

    Here’s the direct link to the Google Doc Planning template: https://drive.google.com/previewtemplate?id=0AhN0y99GtIFTdEc0ZzFkMU8tZmFTSVp3dmhhMlRycWc&mode=public#

    @MissSeaTurtles:  I agree! Before I started reading bj415s post I was thinking it would be cool to have a website with different links for separate parties and each of them need an access code, you could add pics and all that on there! How fun! You could almost even do RSVPs through it too, if you wanted, or send reminder text messages if you could somehow upload your guest list phone numbers/addresses (et up a function that once they rsvp it takes them off the list so you dont send ppl that have rsvpd text reminders,or email whatever it is thats easier)! I know it wouldnt work for grandparents who refuse to even deal with technology (like my gma) but for most people I think it would be pretty neat.

    @bj415:  Thanks for the link! I am using their budget/wedding tool and loving it! I was always using google as my junk email but im starting to find out that theres a TON of useful stuff on there!
