We are finding our favorite restaurant to cater our outdoor wedding by bringing large bins of dishes we both love. It will be buffet-style (bins on heat burners) so the cater doesn’t need to stick around. One thing that just crossed our minds is that approximately 20 of our guests will want hot tea to go with their desserts at end of the night (it’s cultural thing). Since we don’t plan to have full catering services, how can I get hot water, let along hot tea, for these guests and somehow present it in an elegant manner (aka preferably not in giant coffee thermals you see at conventions)
An additional unfortunate annoyance is that the venue does not have kitchen facilities. It’s a gallery.
