It looks like I have a little extra in the budget, but I’m having some trouble figuring out how to spend it. We would love to have a photobooth, but aren’t sure if it will get used much. The last thing I want it to have it and be upset because only a few people used it.
I want to do favors, but I know they wouldn’t be missed.
I’ve thought about using the extra on alcohol. FH is against the idea, FWIW.
Which of the three should I choose?

Retirement account. You’ll thank yourself 40 years from now.

We only had a few people use the photobooth and I was super disappointed.
Are you having any alcohol at all?

Well said. That’s probably what I should do. I just don’t want to have any regrets 🙂

I was going to say the same thing. Why spend it? Put it away.

If you already have enough alcohol, then I am going to have to side with “bank it” 🙂

My cousin did a photo booth and maybe 2 people used it. She was super disappointed. I am with pp who say to bank it!

If the extra alcohol isn’t an option, definitely save it!

I would vote alcohol, but to avoid controversy with FI, put it towards your mortgage!

Maybe if you had enough alcohol, more people would use the photobooth!
What about using it toward honeymoon fun?
