(Closed) How to stay motivated/get back into things if you're not seeing results

@futuremrste:  Hmm, what about trying something completely different?  I had the same problem, then I tried the 30 day Shred at the recommendation of a friend.  Lost 10lb in a month!  It’s 25 minutes a day and everyone I know that did it, said even if they didn’t lose weight, they gained muscle and toned up their body.

Also, have you been to a doctor to make sure it’s not a health related issue that’s preventing weight loss?
