- Wedding: August 2014
We are having a Friday night wedding it will start around 6:30p.m. and we decided to have no children. But the only problem is I have a 16 year old son and 15 year old brother who I want to come. MY Fiance siblings have a lot of little kids starting from 6 months to 18 years old. Do you think it is rude to only invite his 18 year old niece? I may have her be the hostess or pass out program or usher. The only reason is because she and my son is very close out of all the boys and girls. I love his nieces and nephews but they are WILD they run around alot. Case in point, we were over on Saturday night having family dinner and the kids where just running around, yelling spilling drinks etc… Fiance was going to tell his family kids are not invited but punked out cause they got on him cause he do not come around like he use to. The reason for this is because he works at night Tues – Friday and when he is home he is sleeping and snoring up a storm. I told my family little children are not allowed, I did have a problem with my cousin at first but I told her we are not inviting his so I am not inviting mine. She says she would pay for them, she says she don’t leave her kids anywhere. I told her they can come to ceremony but they will need to leave during cocktail hour. The hotel will only be 3 minutes away if you are driving.
How can add to invites that kids are not allowed? or am I am being rude
