I just wouldn’t worry too much. Drink 8 8oz glasses of water, and don’t consume any more salt. Aside from that, just don’t freak out about it.

Tons of water!!  Try and stay away from foods like broccoli and beans that are very fibrous.  And go light on the dairly too. Watermelon, cucumber, and lean meats are all good.  And if you can, try and get some exercise in- sweat it out girl!

I’m sure you’ll be fine though…water will go a long way!  Try some infused with lemon and ginger- yummy and helps with bloat!

Milk of Magnesia.  Yes, it’s a laxative.  Take it at night and it’ll work in the morning.  Make sure you take it with at least 8oz of water or you will cramp really badly. No matter how much you exercise or how much water you drink, that food will be sitting inside of you until it comes out.

@bestbuddies:  nooooo not the pills. I dont trust those things.  stick with foods like cucs watermelon, leeks celery ect.

For a body wrap I put lotion all over my tummy and back wrap myselfin saran wrap then put my waist cincer on top. Ace bandage works in place of a waist cincher. You can sleep in it or just wear it around the house for a few hoursI

@bestbuddies:  I don’t think you need to do anything drastic.  Just eat cleanly, try not have too much salt, and drink lots of water!

Try dandelion root tea… It’s just a tea so it’s totally safe but it majorly helps with bloat

I used to do pin-up modeling, and the day before and day of a shoot, I’d do protein shakes (whey protein powder and unsweetened almond milk) and coffee. Also, buckets of water. All the fluid + little sodium = thinned out. And then after the shoot I’d eat a big burger and fries Tongue Out

Tons of water and absoultely no salt or you will retain the water. I would also try a wrap or I would fit in 2-3 hot yoga sessions within the 35 hours (double class tonight, single class the morning of the fitting).

@bestbuddies:  I did some cardio and yoga but didn’t lift. When I lift, I tend to lift heavy and didn’t want an muscle soreness/stiffness.
