Sooooooooooooooooooo, I am not a drinker at all, so I need help. one of my friends has been telling me about Bailey's for a while. She suggetsed that i try the $1 bottles, but I never could find them. I finally found some and bought three the other day. I got one chocolate mint and two caramels.

I took Hubby (he doesn't drink either) to Starbucks the other day and poured half of a bottle (caramel) in each of our drinks. It was pretty good in my hot chocolate.

What can I do with the others?

I like Bailey's and cream on the rocks.  You can use 1:1 with milk, half and half, whatever you've got.   It's also very good chilled straight.

I put all of them in my hot chocolate (not at once of course).  It's great!

I prefer it just over ice, but you would probably think it's too strong.

It's also good to mix equal parts (or less because you aren't a big drinker) with milk (chocolate or regular).  Maybe top with some whipped cream.

The BEST, though, is to mix it with egg nog.  Not quite the season for it, but keep it in mind for the future.

    Now I've got a craving...

I think using it in coffee drinks is the most common way. I've had it in just plain old milk too and it's yummy!

    Here's a bunch of recipes: http://www.drinksmixer.com/cat/2371/

Straight over ice. With coffee. In hot chocolate. With milk. Over ice cream. In a mudslide/blended ice cream drink. My family loves it - personally, I drank way too much of it in my younger days and have trouble stomaching it now :)

I do the Bailey's and coffee thing as a special weekend treat. Mmm. It's good on the rocks or with milk as pp have suggested.

Nutty irishman (also called an irish nut) - It's baileys and frangelico, which is hazelnut flavored

Baileys and cream like @Miss Longcoat: mentioned is really good. I usually add a splash of kahlua in mine as well.

    Shooters that use baileys:

    Irish car bombs use baileys

    Russian Quaalude

    Oatmeal cookie (sooooo yummy!)

Screaming orgasm (don't laugh, it's amaretto, kahlua and baileys topped with vodka)

Beam me up scotty (kahlua, baileys and cream de banana)

B-52 0 (baileys, kahlua, and grand marnier (an orange flavored liquer))

    happy Drinking!

and one of my favorites, a buttery nipple, butterscotch schnapps and baileys

@PrncssDva: 3/4 oz Butterscotch schnapps, 3/4 oz baileys, 1/4oz jagermeister, and 1/4 oz  firewater (cinnamon Schnapps). It tastes just like an oatmeal cookie, mmmmm

We make what we a call a "Rosenberg Russian"

It's Baileys, Kahlua, vodka and milk with ice. Its SO good but be  careful because it tastes like a dessert drink and its easy to get really drunk off of!

I like Bailey's and Frangelico is coffee... its a hazelnut coffee with cream pretty much.

You can NEVER go wrong with a B52 shot: it is a layered shot with Baileys, Kahula and  Grand Marnier.  If done properly in a pony glass and layered it not only looks awesome but tastes FANTASTIC
