My Fiance and I are getting married at a hotel downtown. The hotel has valet parking available for a cost. Since there is minimal parking ,my dad decided to hire an independant valet company to park our guests cars in the area.
I want to include a card in the invitation that says if they present the card to the valet, the parking will be free. I am not sure how to word it because if guests are staying overnight in the hotel, they will pay for parking themselves.
Does it make sense to put it on the back of the accomadation info card? And say “If you are not staying at the hotel overnight, please present this card for complimentary valet”?

Be sure to indicate which valet! If there is hotel valet AND your independent company, make sure guests know to give their car to the right valet to take advantage of your generous arrangement.
Also, you might want to list the hours of the valet service you are providing, just in case someone comes early to see the sights and wants to park four hours before your wedding.

@sweetcrackers: Oh good idea, I totally didn’t think of putting the hours!! Maybe that’s a good way to tell people if they are staying at the hotel that this is not for them. Eg. Complimentry Valet parking is avaliable by Gatsby Valet between 4:pm aand 1 am on the Wedding day.

I will be putting “Complimentary Valet 8am to 8pm” on my cards.
