How should I works these food options on the RSVP cards for my wedding? We are having plated dinner and these are the two foods we have chosen:
stuffed chicken breast with mushroom duxelle
salmon filet Alexander on bed of spinach
Also we have chooseN chicken tenders for kids should we put that on the RSVP as well or just let the people we know who have kids the kids meal?

I would just keep it simple:

@Mrsmoore116: i would keep it simple. it’s not necessary to decribe the meals.
is your venue going to need to know which guest is having which entree? i made sure that i had a meal selection under each name so that i knew exactly who was receiving which meal. it takes up more space on the rsvp but it was so worth it. there was no guessing.

We have a vegan, vegetarian, and chicken option, and I decided on
___ Portobello mushroom with roasted vegetables (vegan)
___ Spinach rotolo (vegetarian)
___ Garlic-crusted chicken
I think it’s a bit more descriptive than most, but since we went with a vegan and vegetarian rather than two meat and one veggie option, I liked having some description of the different meals.

I like the descriptive wording, because I might normally go for chicken, but the salmon sounds even better. Plus for me food (and music) make the wedding, so it would make me really excited, like ‘going to eat some salmon and spinach’ whilst getting dressed doing a happy dance.
