I was wondering what kind of music the bees had/planning to have during their ceremony and how the music will be played? My venue is at a winery and our ceremony will be outside. I was thinking of having a classical band play during the ceremony/reception (piano, cello, and violin). What did you have/planning on having?

My uncle is a composer/guitarist, my aunt a professional flautist, and my other aunt a pianist for her church. Methinks I shall have a guitar/flute/piano trio. 😀

Our ceremony/reception are in the same spot. So we are having our DJ do both. It will be very convenient. And saves a bunch of $$.

@iRun2004: We did the same thing. Our DJ just came early and did the ceremony music also. It was so convinent!

@Minutiae – You have an artistic family! That trio will sound great together.
Unfortunantly I can not have a DJ at my venue because they do not allow it. I could play an Ipod if I wanted to…

@MsJ26:I am having a classical guitarist. He is going to play the instrumental version of Your Song by Elton John (you can listen to it on youtube). I haven’t decided what I will walk down the isle to yet…

I had a violinist/cellist for my pre-ceremony and ceremony. The DJ picked up for cocktails and reception. Looking back, I wish I had the musicians longer. They really added a lot of ambiance to my venue.
