What kind of beading is in the gown? I feel like you can never go wrong with pearls for a wedding dress, especially if there are some on the gown. A dainty chain and pendant may be nice as well. You could always check with relatives and friends for something old or something borrowed to wear around your neck.

I think a bare neck would be perfect for that dress just because it is so intricate. I think a drop earring and simple bracelet would be perfect.

I agree with froyo, no necklace would be best for that dress. It’d be too much going on up top. It’s such a gorgeous, gorgous dress. ๐Ÿ™‚

ou really don’t need anything. It might overwhelm the gown.

Prarieway- You sound just like my daughter! she went looking for the sheath sexy and tried this one on and it was THE dress!

She is not wearing a necklace since the bodice of the dress is so ornate.

I found a Teresa on Etsy- tstudio.etsy.com and bought this beautiful vintage bracelet handmade to fit my daughter, plus the "Colleen" chandelier earrings.  (I’ve attached a picture of the bracelet)

Teresa was wonderful to work with, answered texts quickly and even went to a local bridal salon to match the color of the swavarski (sp?) pearls to the dress (it comes in 3 colors).  She is in CA and we are in MO.  how great was that.  if you use her you will not be disappointed!

She is also planning to wear a birdcage veil which looks great but I think a cathredal veil would be gorgous!

I think you have the most beautiful dress!

Enjoy!

I think beautiful earrings would do the trick! And maybe a simple bracelet for good measure.

I agree with a bare neck, I think a flower for your hair matching the flowers on the dress would look beautiful. Any kind of plain veil would work too.

I love your dress! I tried on something very similar recently and loved it on myself too,  in spite of thinking I would go for something much simpler and elegant! I “knew” by the way the two styles of dresses made me FEEL! (my style is generally eclectic, but usually with simplicity ) ..now i dont want to tone it down at all! -it seems to me if i can be a princess for a day, why shouldnt i ? – I havent decided on “the one” yet though..my wedding is late next summer.

I would accessorize this dress very lightly, you dont want to detract from the beauty of the gown: bare neck, flowy. open hair with a flower or comb, drop ear rings and a vintagey-looking bracelet. Perfect!

I dont know if you have found shoes, or what kind you are looking for, but i thought these would work well, if youre looking for a flat pair… or a second pair for later in the evening. They are by feesk and available on etsy, and would be a lovely complement.
