How would YOU list an honorary groomsman on programs?

I think either sounds great, but I favor going with honorary groomsman>>name rather than listing his/her name with the rest of the groomsmen and putting (honorary) behind it.

So does this mean that some are more important than others??  (Just curious)

What is an honourary groomsman? Either they are a groomsman or not surely.

@j_jaye:  I agree, what is an honorary groomsman? Like, what is the point of that? Either you rent a tux and stand up there or you don’t.

@Jennuine03:  2 of my BM’s were not able to come to our DW (one got pregnant and one had personal circumstances) and they were still my BM’s. The word honourary is kind of insulting. Just call him a groomsman and on the program in brackets after his name put (absent).

We aren’t having programs. It’s lovely. 🙂

I would probably just include him as a regular GM, to be honest. “Honorary” seems like insult to injury.
