I am wanting to make a divider for my outdoor wedding. The problem is I dont know how. We are not using the entire site, the scenery on one side of the venue.. is well lets say tacky. I dont want that in my photos. So I was curious to see if any of you bees had made a really long divider???

I am looking for the same idea, but for indoors! People have suggested using fabric, however I am not sure exactly how you could hold it up?
Sorry, I dont have any other ideas for you!

Do you have trees to tie a rope to? Tie rope to each tree – hang fabric like curtains – done. I’d suggest burlap as cheap and outdoorsy (it comes it beige at Joanns). If you don’t have trees – buy two 5 gallon buckets, put pvc polls or dowels in the middle, fill with quickcrete – use polls like trees. For a more portable version put short pvc in the buckets and insert polls into pvc as needed. Search for directions for a diy chuppah for more examples.
