Did you look into King's Pavillion at Ditto Landing? It's pretty big, and really inexpensive. Good Luck!

Sorry, there are no users yet.
I am having a sunday wedding (May 30th), and not able to have it in my own town due to the fact- we want alcohol, and in Decatur venues can't sell/serve on sundays because the county is dry (lame, lame, I know..)... And I want a (possibly) outside venue, where we can have alcohol, and I'd Prefer a place that wasn't $1500 for the day. I don't know anyone with a home and a yard large enough to accommodate 100-120 people, as well as a tent. So, I'm going for a nice place that isn't expensive- or wondering if anyone knows anywhere in Decatur that will actually take the step to attain a private party liquor license for the day? I am having a mostly DIY large wedding (like I would like to cater it all on my own, and have no problem purchasing all of the alcohol, and am making my own centerpieces and flowers, etc).. So I want something meaningful but that isn't the most expensive place ever.. I'm down to almost wanting to tell people that we are having a themed party bc none of it is traditional, like my dress is red, and no one is going to be in a tux or formal wear for real, except my groom and I, and he won't even be in a tux.. Thanks in advance.. ^_^
