It was a magical day. My sister and a couple of close friends (two of three were not bridesmaids), really came through for us the day of. The morning was kind of chill, but when we got out and started getting everything together it got hectic. Luckily, I had these wonderful people to keep me calm cool and collected. The weather was FANTASTIC! I would call the day perfectly imperfect. THere were a couple of hiccups, but nothing major. The guests were happy, we were happy, it was great! My only regret is missing my entire raw bar due to picture taking, and not hiring a dj. However, my iphone handy friend made sure there was music, and there was so much mingling and eating that dancing was minimal. It didn’t matter, everyone still had a great time. I think the food was the star of the show (and our five cakes). I have some pics to post. Some are professional (thank you Aimme Susannah Photography), others are guest photos. I can’t wait to get the rest of the pro pics this weekend! I couldn’t have asked for a better day! It went by too fast…

Thanks guys! The diet girls loved their dresses add well. They were actually just black tee shirts with sew-less tulle skirts that I made. It was cheaper than buying dresses, and they were custom, and sentimental. I pretty much diy’d everything that I could. The dress was also a major renovation, but it turned out amazing! I actually found the color scheme idea on here. It was a great day. I’m sad its over..

Your wedding looked like a BLAST. And your dress is perfect on you!
I know exactly what you mean when you say it was, “perfectly imperfect.”
(btw, my niece would have loved to have been a flower girl at your wedding based on the tulle skirts alone, LOL. That’s awesome that you made those!)
