hi ladies,

i didn't read all the posts but felt the need to tell you my story. i had a similar experience. i got married almost 3 years ago. the contract said i was suppose to have asecond wedding photographer, but on the day of he brought an art photographer instead. i ended up getting about half of the pictures i was suppose to get because the ones the lady took were blurry. he did a great job on my engagement photos and did ok during my wedding but i wish he has stayed behind so i can have pictures of my location. i paid so much for the place but not too many pictures of it. he got all of my money a week after the wedding as the contract had said. but everything he owed us kept taking forever to come. the pictures he took of us after the wedding was sloppy. i didn't even look happy. he did it on a seperate day so i had to pay extra for my makeup and hair. why couldn't he do it on the same day as the wedding. my wedding ended at 3pm. 

i actually spoke to him about all this and he said he could not refund me but would take pictures of my kids for free. of course i took what i can get. my daughter is over a year and half and i haven't even seen the pictures. i tried callin, textin, and emailing, but he didn't answer. finally i threatened to sue him, that's when he actually responded but it was months and months of him BSing, saying that his back up hard drive or something is broken. i eventually gave up. it's sad because i had cancer at the time so could not diligently keep up with asking for the pictures so now it's probably lost.

i hope who ever gets to my post will know not to hire him. Jeff, if you reply to this post, i don't care about all of your excuses. i want the pictures.
