    Hi Bees,

ok.  So listen up, all you DIY waxers, or those who've entertained the idea.  I have been waxing my legs for years, but recently I decided, hey, why not give my eyebrows a whirl?  So tonight, I used the Sally Hansen hot wax, and thought things went pretty well...until I was washing my face, and felt a sticky section of my eyebrow.  OHHH MYYYY GOSH.  There was a REAALLLLY thin layer of wax smeared across the middle of my eyebrow somehow, and I didn't notice!!  It was so thin, that I couldn't see it, but I could feel it!  (Are you laughing at me yet, because I am laughing at me!! hahaha) All of my hairs were clumped together and I really freaked out, thinking I might loose my entire eyebrow!!  So I started trying different things: maybe if I scrubbed my eyebrow with exfloating wash, maybe if I smear conditioner over it, ahhh I was willing to try anything.  SO STICKY!  But then I thought, ok, focus.  I was able to gently separate each hair and once I did, I dusted my eyebrow with some loose powder.  I figured the loose powder would at least stick to each individual hair so that they wouldn't be stuck to each other...and it worked!!!

So...for any Bees EVER in this predicament...I recommend dusting any type of loose powder over the area that is slightly sticky.  This might be obvious, since they do this at the salon once you're done waxing, but in my desperation, it took me a while to think of this genius solution.  LOL.

Anyway...just wanted to share my panic, and hopefully, if nothing else, make you laugh! :-)

    Night!
