@Barbiestylez:  I have no advice…..but you made me LOL and I think I love you! When I have those cravings *sometimes* berries and fat free cool whip helps a girl out. Good luck!!

what about a fruity yogurt! thats always a healthy sweet choice…i was like this last week..not with the food but with a “i hate my life PMS” kinda mood.

I’m PMSing today. All I want is a chocolate donut. Actually, two chocolate donuts. And a shit ton of chicken nuggets.I crave nuggets like no other when I’m PMSing.

 

But, I had a turkey breast wrap for dinner instead. And just a little bit of chocolate milk. It helped a bit, but I still want pastries! Damn my sweet tooth!

I try to avoid caffeine before and on my period, but totally had iced coffee today (no cream or milk, though!)

 

Usually, I just give myself a *small* treat when the cravings are really bad. Or, like today, I just had one “bad” meal. I had cereal for b’fast, a cheeseburger (no mayo) for lunch, and a healthy wrap for dinner. My iced coffee had no cream, but just a little mocha in it to help the chocolate craving. The only other thing I drank was water and herbal tea (no caffeine)

Freeze bananas then shove them in the blender. They turn into ice cream. Add almond butter for a banana nut ice cream. For the hard choc topping melt some dark chocolate with coconut oil then drizzle it on top.

@Barbiestylez:  my sister is the same way. she literally has pants for most of the month…and then pants for her period week bc she bloats that much HA!

When I am PMSing all I want is junk and sweets. Sorry, no healthy substitute will cut it for me.

For bloat I just drink a ridiculous amount of water, but if I don’t start guzzling a few days before I know its coming then it doesn’t seem to work 🙁

@Barbiestylez:  I literally JUST said I wish there was ice cream delivery service. Unfortunately there isn’t. So, I’m freezing a pudding cup, regretting life choices, and wondering why no one is chatting with me on facebook.
